Overview:
- The Build Program is designed for the First Responder that wants to build lean muscle mass and overall full body strength.
- The Build Program is set up in 4 week blocks.
- The Build Program is a results driven program which requires full discipline of completing ALL workout and mastering the nutrition
- The Build Program is supplemented with a nutrition program, which can be found under the “FOOD” tab at the top of the website under “Nutrition” called “Nutrition 101” and “Nutrition 2.0”
